Poolside operator
A poolside operator is the person who sits by the side of the pool supporting the swimming staff and helping parents. They are required to have First Aid training which can be provided by Fins Swimming Club, be self-employed and have an enhanced DBS (formally known as a CRB check). Training is done by shadowing an experienced Poolside Operator.
